Didn't hear about this band till today. I thank Metal Sucks, for allowing me to discover them. Any ways.... Alaskan Mountain Metal! I like this band, they have melodic death metal taste to it with a little dab of sludge/thrash metal. They just released their new album Orogeny and the cover is bad ass, I mean a fucking Eskimo Santa Claus looking dude on the front with a mountain landscape background with a horse getting devoured by crows. Also there is some crazy northern light shit in the sky. Personally parts of the songs are to slow for my taste but overall good job for Turbid North, I hope to see more from this band in future years.
